Internationally, poker is a renowned sport but in India, old laws and social prejudices have limited its popularity. But things are changing. Poker has been legalized in the states of Goa, Sikkim, West Bengal and Karnataka and many Indians have even started playing online.
The goal of S2W is to take Poker to the doorstep of millions of people in India who have no access to information about this game. Our strategy is to leverage multiple mediums - television shows, online interaction and even conventional print media to achieve our goals. We aim to provide a platform for Indian players to learn the basics, hone their skills and even compete globally. We will strive to become a one-stop-shop for all things Poker in India including merchandising, tutorials and forums.
